Vivian Chumbley is a business manager for Strategic Financial Services and a lead consultant for Strategic Benefit Solutions. 

Vivian is a licensed health and life agent with more than 30 years in the medical insurance field, including over 20 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of California. She has been with Strategic Financial Solutions since 2000 providing administrative and client support. 

Vivian has also been certified by NAHU (National Association of Health Underwriters) as a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Vivian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis Campus.

She currently consults with the team of benefit design professionals and administrative assistants, and is leading the effort to stay current on the regulations and latest changes regarding the Affordable Care Act.
